Payment schedule

60% deposit, payable after the purchase agreement is signed; production starts on receipt.
40% balance, payable on completion of production, before shipping preparation.

Payment methods

Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer to the professional business account of Aquaforth Nautical Trade & Solutions Corporation Ltd or, where offered, by a secure card payment link. Account details appear only on your purchase agreement and invoices, we will never change them by e-mail; if you ever receive a message suggesting new account details, call us before paying.

For customers located in France, payments must be made by bank transfer to the company's account denominated in euros (EUR).

Currency

The purchase contract and all invoices are issued in EUR. Prices displayed on this website in other currencies are indicative conversions for your convenience only.

Included in every price

Your price covers the configured boat, sea freight, import handling, delivery to the agreed seaport, registration (immatriculation) and our support throughout, see Shipping & Delivery. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; import VAT is paid once, directly at the border, see VAT & Pricing.

Custom builds and withdrawal. Boats are custom-made to your specifications. In accordance with applicable consumer protection provisions, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (clause 15 of the General Terms). The boat remains our property until full payment (retention of title).
