Three-year manufacturer's warranty

Every AQUAFORTH boat is delivered with a manufacturer's warranty of three (3) years for the model concerned, in accordance with the manufacturer's general warranty conditions, which apply directly to the customer. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hull, tubes, and factory-fitted structure and systems, subject to normal use and care.

Scope. The warranty is the manufacturer's three-year warranty and your statutory rights, no more, and never less. We do not sell warranty extensions beyond the legal and manufacturer cover. What we promise instead: replacement parts are easy to order and support does not stop at handover.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear (abrasion, UV fading, gel-coat scuffs, upholstery wear).
Damage caused by accident, grounding, overloading, exceeding the rated engine power, or use outside the boat's CE design category.
Damage caused by modifications or repairs not approved by the manufacturer.
Transport damage after the transfer of risk (see Shipping & Delivery), such damage is handled with the carrier and, where applicable, transport insurance; we assist you with the process.
Engines and third-party electronics carry their own manufacturer warranties (e.g. the Mercury factory warranty), which we pass on to you in full.

Replacement parts

Replacement parts, tubes, fittings, consoles, upholstery, hardware, can be ordered easily and at any time through us, also after the warranty period. One message with your order number is enough; we identify the part with the factory and quote delivery to your country.

How to claim

Follow the steps on Making a Claim: describe the issue, attach photos and your order number, and send it to info@aquaforth.com or via WhatsApp. We coordinate the assessment with the manufacturer and keep you informed throughout.
